Crowley's Ridge College
The Crowley’s Ridge College softball program offers female students the opportunity to continue their competitive athletic interests at the intercollegiate level. A goal of the program is to help students develop academically, socially, spiritually, and athletically
Head coach Cindy Henry was named head coach in 2006, and the former Arkansas All-State and All-Star standout from Westside High School in Jonesboro and CRC graduate continues to lead the Lady Pioneers.
Lady Pioneer Field, a professionally built collegiate softball venue, provides a rallying point for the student body to come together and cheer on the Lady Pioneers.
With each practice and game, the Lady Pioneers will be working to make their motto a reality -- “Building a Future, Leaving a Legacy.”
CRC Softball Mission
The Lady Pioneer softball program supports the mission of Crowley’s Ridge College by providing the opportunity for students to grow academically, spiritually, socially, and physically.
Head Coach Cindy Henry’s approach to the game is to focus on fundamentals, attitude, and conditioning. Her coaching philosophy is built from I Corinthians 9:25: “Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.”
