Refund Policy

 

If a credit balance is created on a student’s account after all institutional charges have been satisfied, a refund check will be printed and the student will be notified through their CRC student email account letting them know they have a refund check available. If a Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS) has been posted to the students account and an over payment is generated then the Parent will be notified and  written permission must be received by the business office via email or US Postal mail as to how the money is to be distributed.  All emails or written request will be filed in the students file for reference.
